The Villa (of about 900 square meters), stands out on a hill with very pretty views which reach the hilltop town of Lucignano and the surrounding landscape.

The villa built over 3 floors can accommodate up to 18 guests in its 9 bedrooms each one with private bathroom ( one with Jacuzzi tub)
Furnished mainly with antiques , all the rooms are spacious and airy and characterized by high ceilings and large windows.
There are reception rooms on each floor and the main kitchen is on the ground floor , with a large fireplace , together with all modern conveniences.
On the third floor three private suites with marvelous views over the swimming pool and the hilltop town of Lucignano ensure very intimate stays.
The Villa is located a mere 10 minutes from the A1 motorway making it an ideal location for excursions all over Italy. Indeed the pearls of Tuscany and Umbria are all within an hour’s reach Siena, Florence, Cortona, Arezzo, Assisi, Perugia and Lake Trasimeno ) . Rome can be reached in 2 hours drive. Services:
